A memorial dedicated to all of the Allen County residents who have served during wartime. From the war of 1812 all the way up to Desert Storm. Built with donations and information rounded up by the Veterans Committee, this wall serves as a reminder of all the local heroes that served to protect our great nation.

~ Allen County Courthouse Clock ~ |
Originally sitting on top of the Allen County Courthouse in Iola, this clock is another adornment to the Courthouse Square. When the courthouse was razed in 1959, the clock mechanisms and one of the clock faces were saved. The clock has been converted to electric power and chimes at every hour.
